It has officially begun!
An inside scoop on the hotel business. Plan on seeing stories about anyone from regular guests to celebrities, insight on housekeeping employees to G.M.’s, the importance of tipping, all sorts of stereotyping and, most importantly, secret confessions from yours truly. As we continue forth, I plan on including expertise from fellow bellmen throughout the country and answering any curious questions that may arise.
Working as a bellman in some of the hippest hotels throughout New York and Los Angeles has been both an utter joy and at times complete death, but I have acquired a knowledge that will last a lifetime. This blog will focus on past adventures and daily events through the eyes of me, your bellman.
My ultimate goal is to share what I’ve learned with you and give you inisght into the secret tales that lie behind the hotel lobby.
